MNA-UMPNC Committee Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on an MNA-UMPNC Committee!

 

Members for the following committees are appointed by the MNA-UMPNC Executive Committee. All selections are final. You may submit multiple forms to indicate interest in multiple committees. Terms are three years. Appointees must be committed to meeting with their committee at least quarterly or more often as committee business requires. Applications will remain open through January 31st.
