Negotiations are ongoing, and we are advocating for our members at the table every day.
Management believes their arbitrary deadline for a $5,000.00 bonus will entice MNA-UMPNC members to accept a contract with major take-aways and no improvements to patient safety. MNA-UMPNC members will take to the streets on Saturday to let our community know that our patients deserve better!
We have suffered through excessive mandatory overtime and extreme short staffing for TOO LONG. Things need to change! Our stories are not “anecdotal.” Our experiences are real and far-reaching.
Now is the time to stand united and make our voices heard.
RSVP to walk the informational picket line or to indicate you will wear red on shift Saturday at MNA-UMPNC.org/picket. Find parking information and FAQs at MNA-UMPNC.org/bargaining.
